1. Who we are

unbound geo is a product of Unbound Operators LLC, a limited liability company formed in the State of Wyoming, United States, and part of unboundoperators.com. Where these terms say "we", "us" or "the service", they mean that company and this product.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict of law rules.

2. What the service does

We send questions to third party AI answer engines, store the answers they return, and analyse those stored answers to report whether a brand was named, who else was named, and which sources the engine cited.

Every result is a record of a specific question asked of a specific engine and model on a specific date. It is evidence of what that engine answered at that moment. It is not a prediction, not a guarantee of future answers, and not a statement about the engine's behaviour in general.

3. What the service does not do

• We do not control what any AI engine says. Answers change without notice, and they can differ between users, locations and sessions.
• We do not promise that following any recommendation will change what an engine says about you.
• We do not publish content, contact media, or change your website on your behalf.
• We do not fabricate results. Where a check requires a provider we are not connected to, the feature stays inactive and reports nothing rather than estimating.

4. Accounts

You are responsible for what happens under your account, including anything done with an API key you create. Keys carry a call quota; exceeding it stops further calls rather than generating charges you did not agree to.

5. Plans, billing and quotas

Paid plans are billed monthly in advance through Stripe. We never see or store your card details.

Each plan includes a set number of engines, prompts, on-demand runs and API calls. These are hard limits, not soft targets: reaching one stops the relevant action and tells you why. That is deliberate, so a loop or a mistake cannot produce a bill you did not expect.

You may cancel at any time from the billing screen. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period, and access reverts to the free tier then. We do not refund partial periods.

6. Shared measurements

Some questions are shared. Where two customers track the same category in the same market, the same question may be asked once and the stored answer read by both. The answer and its date are real for both, and every screen that serves a shared measurement shows how old it is.

Your brand, your competitor list, your prompts and your results are never shared. Only the question and the engine's answer to it are, and neither contains your data.

7. Your data

Your data is yours. A complete export is available from the settings screen at any time, without asking us. If you close your account we delete your data within 30 days.

8. Acceptable use

Do not use the service to impersonate another company, to scrape it for resale, or to attempt to reach data belonging to another customer. We may suspend an account that does.

9. Availability and liability

The service depends on third party AI engines and a third party data provider. When they are unavailable or change their behaviour, parts of the service will be too. We report coverage honestly rather than filling gaps, so a partial result is labelled as partial.

To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

10. Changes

If we change these terms materially we will say so before the change applies to you. Continuing to use the service after that is acceptance.
