People ask an assistant for a recommendation before they ever open a search page. If it names three businesses and none of them is yours, you never find out. This tells you, and tells you who it named instead.
You never see the ones you lost
Somebody asks an assistant who to use, reads three names, and calls one. None of that touches your website, so nothing in your analytics records that you were skipped.
Asking it yourself gives you a nicer answer
Your own account knows who you are and where you are. A stranger in your town gets a different answer than you do, and theirs is the one that matters.
The answer changes if you ask twice
Ask on Monday and Thursday and you can get two different lists. Without asking the same questions the same way every time, you cannot tell a real drop from normal wobble.
It arrives about a minute after you ask, at its own web address that keeps working. It says the same thing in two weeks, which is what lets you send it to somebody else without being there to explain it.
Whether you were named, in plain words
One sentence at the top: you came up in three of four answers, or you came up in none. Not a score out of a hundred.
Who got recommended instead
The businesses the assistant put forward, in the order it put them forward, including competitors you have never heard of.
The exact words it used
The full answer, saved with the date and which assistant said it. You can read it yourself and forward it to somebody else.
The pages it read to decide
The websites the assistant looked at before answering. That is your list of where to get mentioned next, and it is the closest thing to a to-do list this produces.
The first check costs nothing and needs no card. If you want it to keep happening, plans start at 19 dollars a month for one business. No extra charge per website and no setup fee.
what you have to do
You give us four things: your web address, your business name, the kind of business you are in, and an email. That is the whole form, and it takes under a minute.
You never write the questions. We ask a set of questions a customer in your category would actually type. On the lower plans they come from a shared library for your category and area, refreshed every month, because two plumbers in the same town are competing on almost exactly the same questions. On the higher plans we write a set for your business specifically.
This is the one we are built for. Ordinary search still sends most businesses most of their customers today, and we would not tell you otherwise. But this is the surface growing fastest, and it is the one almost nobody is measuring, which is exactly why there is still room to move in it.
We can tell you that an assistant recommended someone else and show you which pages it read. We cannot tell you why it chose them. Anyone claiming to know that is guessing.
One free check, no account and no card. You get the answers the assistants gave, not a score.
Every figure on the report comes from a real question put to a real assistant, saved with the date and the assistant that answered it. Nothing is a model guessing.
